Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For kofta......
  2. 1 bunch of Spinach
  3. 150 gm panner
  4. 1/2 tb green cardamom powder
  5. 1 tb cumin seeds
  6. 2tb garlic
  7. Green chilli
  8. 1tb tuermaric
  9. 1 tb cornflour
  10. Salt
  11. 4tb garm flour
  12. For gravy.....
  13. 2onions
  14. 2 tomatoes
  15. 1 tbGinger garlic paste
  16. 1tb redchlii paste
  17. Tuermaric
  18. 1tb garammasala
  19. 1 cup milk
  20. 1/2 cup fresh cream
  21. Water
  22. 1/2 CUP CASHEW PASTE
  23. 1tb kashuri methi
  24. 1/2 tb sugar
  25. oil

Instructions

  1. For kofta trim spinch leaves and blanch them in eight cups of water .Drain and refresh under cold water
  2. Squeeze out the extra water cool and chop it finely .
  3. In another bowl mash Panner with little salt and pinch of green cardamom powder . divied into eight equal balls
  4. Heat two tb oil in pan add cumin seeds and saute add the gram flour saute for 1-2 minutes add tuermaric and stir
  5. Add the spinch and salt starring contiously until the mixture is dry and began to leave sides set aside to cool divide into equal eight portions
  6. Take each spinch portion flatern it out your plans and place a Panner ball in the center gather the edges and shape into a ball.
  7. Spread the cornstarch in a plate and roll the stuffed spinch balls in it and shake
  8. Heat sufficient o in pan and gentle slides in the stuffed spinch balls two at a time band deep fry on low flame till golden brown
  9. For gravy..
  10. Heat oil in pan add onion paste and saute till light brown
  11. Add all dry ingredients​ mentioned above
  12. Add gingergarlic paste mix well
  13. Add tomato paste and cook till oil leaves
  14. Add milk and mix well
  15. Add fresh cream and cashews paste mix well
  16. Add kasuri methi and sugar mix well
  17. Cover the pan and cook mixture for two minutes​ on slow flame
  18. Now plating...
  19. In plating pour Frist ready gravy and than put ready spinch and Panner balls
  20. Garnish with fresh cream
