Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 200 g
  2. Methi leaves 1 bunch
  3. Sweet corn kernels 100 g
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Onion paste 150 g
  6. Green chillies 2
  7. Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  8. Oil 40 ml
  9. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  10. Khatae powder 1 tbsp
  11. White pepper powder 1 tsp
  12. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  13. Milk 300 ml
  14. Cream 100 ml
  15. Kasoori Methi 1 tbsp
  16. Elaichi powder 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean methi leaves.
  2. Chop roughly and soak them in salted water for about half an hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan..add jeera.. Add in onion paste and cook till translucent..
  4. Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste.. Saute for 30 seconds
  5. To this add fresh methi leaves and cook for around 8 minutes
  6. Add corn kernels and cook for more 5 minutes
  7. Add in paneer cubes and pepper powder and salt
  8. Switch off gas.. Add in milk .stir continuously .
  9. Switch on gas and let it to simmer .. Add in cream followed by kasoori methi and khatae powder.
  10. Adjust consistency of gravy to your taste
  11. At last while serving add in elaichi powder
  12. Mix well and serve hot with bread of your choice
