ABOUT Besan Coconut Burfi RECIPE

The recipe which requires less time and ingredients!!! A mix of coconut with besan to make the easy & delicious burfis.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 bowl besan
  2. 1 bowl grated coconut (dried)
  3. ¾ bowl milk
  4. 1½ bowl sugar
  5. ½ bowl ghee
  6. Cashewnuts and raisins for garnish
  7. ½ teaspoon cardamom powder


  1. In deep frying pan, add all the ingredients together and mix well.
  2. Set the frying pan on medium low flame and continuously stir (so it doesn't gather on the bottom of the pan). Stir till it becomes thick like dough.
  3. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
  4. Place it on a greased plate. Once it turns a little cool, cut it into pieces (any desired shape).
  5. Now, it's really for serve!
