Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. One cup mango puree
  2. Two tbl spn Mango syrupe
  3. Two tbl spn veg jeletinn
  4. Half cup full cream milk
  5. Half cup whipped cream
  6. Two tbl spn white chocolate or chip
  7. Half tea spn Vennila essence
  8. Chopped mango few cherry n mint leaves for garnish


  1. Take Mango syrup, add one tbl spnof gelatin and leave it to rest it for five minute
  2. Now microwave it for few seconds then mix it with mango pure
  3. Now take small tequila glasses set it in a mould to get the diagonal shape .
  4. Pour the mango puree and keep in fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Now make the white portion
  6. Take a pan put milk ,boil it and add sugar . remove it from flame ,add cream chocolate
  7. And gelatin mix and few drop of Vanilla essence mix nicely and lightly cool it
  8. Now take out the glasses from fridge and pour the mixture .
  9. Set it again in fridge for two hours.
  10. Garnish it with mango pieces cherry and mint leaves
  11. Serve chilled.
