Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 200 gm amul fresh cream
  2. 1 cup of full fat milk
  3. 2 tablespoons of sugar
  4. 2 tablespoons agar agar
  5. 1 and12 cup fresh mango puree
  6. cherry , desiccated coconut for garnishing


  1. in a pan heat the amul fresh cream
  2. add milk and sugar
  3. keep it on simmer
  4. make a boil
  5. add agar agar powder to water
  6. mix it and pour the mixture into milk
  7. cook till the mixture became thick
  8. switch off the flame
  9. add fresh mango puree in it
  10. stir well
  11. strain and set into the refrigerator
  12. till it is done
  13. now with the help of cookie cutter cut the pieces of pannacotta in round shape
  14. set it on a plate
  15. garnish with one cherry on the top along with some desiccated coconut
  16. mango pannacotta is ready for serve
