Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Fresh mango pulp 1cup
  2. Fresh cream 100 gms
  3. Sugar 4-5tbsp
  4. Mango fruity 1/2 cup
  5. Milk 1 cup
  6. Gelatin 3-4 tsp
  7. Vanilla essence 2 tsp


  1. Sprinkle 2tsp gelatin over mango fruity. Keep aside
  2. Add about 50 GM's of fresh cream(Amul) and 2tbsp sugar to mango pulp and blend well in a mixie
  3. Warm mango fruity with gelatin in microwave oven for 10 sec
  4. Take out and mix well till the gelatin dissolves
  5. Add gelatin mixture to mango puree and mix well
  6. Pour into serving bowls and put in the fridge till set (about 1 hr)
  7. Warm remaining cream with milk vanilla essence and remaining sugar
  8. Remove from heat
  9. Add 2 tsp gelatin and mix well till the gelatin dissolves
  10. Pour in the serving cups over mango mixture
  11. Set in the fridge for 1hour to set
  12. Garnish with finely chopped mangoes(optional)
