Orange panacotta

Ingredients to make Orange panacotta

  • 200gm milk
  • 200gm cream
  • 100gm condensed milk
  • Orange segment
  • 1 tbsp giletin
  • 1 tbso sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Orange essence

How to make Orange panacotta

  1. Take milk,cream, condensed milk in a bowl and boil
  2. Add soaked giletin and mix well
  3. Add vanilla essence,orange essence and mix well
  4. Pour in a mould and refrigerate for 5-6 hours
  5. Sauce-
  6. Cook sugar,orange juice,orange skin(stripes)
  7. Let it cool
  8. Plating-
  9. Demold the ready Pannacotta in a plate and garnish with orange segment
  10. Serve
