Ingredients to make Lab e shiree

  • Sponge cake 8-10 slice
  • 3 cup finely chopped fruits [apple,mango,kiwi,banana]
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 3 tsp custard powder
  • 8-10 tsp sugar
  • dry fruits for garnishing

How to make Lab e shiree

  1. MIx 1/2 litre of milk with sugar and custard powder in a bowl.
  2. Cook this mixture on a high flame for few minutes. once the mixture is thick enough, switch off the gas.
  3. Let this mixture get cold.
  4. Now take a bowl and add one layer of custard and fruit
  5. Add another layer of cake,custard and fruit., repeat it till last layer of cake
  6. At the end layer add custard fruits n dry fruits... keep it in refrigerated...
