Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. for marination : 1) chicken breast 250 grams
  2. 2) soya sauce 1 tbsp
  3. 3) vinegar 1/2 tsp
  4. 4) salt as per taste
  5. 5) cornflour 1/2 tbsp
  6. for sauce :1) soya sauce 1 tbsp
  7. 2) dark soya sauce 3 tbsp
  8. 3) conflour 1 1/2 tbsp
  9. 4) sugar 1 tsp
  10. 5) vinegar 1 tsp ( if available black )
  11. 6)water 1/2 cup
  12. Sesame oil 1 tbsp
  13. for cooking 1) butter 1 tbsp
  14. 2) whole red chillie 4-5
  15. 3) black pepper corns cruhed 1 tsp
  16. 4) ginger garlic chopped 1 tsp
  17. for garnish 1) capsicum 1/2 sliced
  18. 2) few sprige spring onion finely chopped
  19. 3) baby tomatoes ( optional)

Instructions

  1. marinate the chicken in the masalas given under marination and leave aside for. 30 mins
  2. prepare the sauce mixing all the ingredients under sauce and mix well keep aside
  3. ina wok heat oil add dried red chillies crushed peppercorns
  4. now add the marinated chicken and saute on high till chicken is tender and water is evaporated
  5. now add the prepared sauce and continue stiring
  6. add d chopped gimger garlic and d veggies cook. till done
  7. cook until there is no water left and the chicken. gets. nicely coated wiyh the sauce
