Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Pao
  2. 1 cup chopped cabbage
  3. 1 cup chopped beans
  4. 1 cup chopped capsicum
  5. 1 cup chopped carrots
  6. 1 cup chopped bottle guard (Ghia/ lauki)
  7. 1 cup chopped kaddu/petha
  8. 1 chopped tomato
  9. 1 chopped onion
  10. 1 tsp garlic
  11. 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  12. 1 chopped green chilli (optional)
  13. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 2 tsp pao bhaji masala
  15. 1/2 amchoor powder
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  18. 1 Cup water
  19. Chopped coriander leaves
  20. 1 tbsp salted butter

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook all the chopped veggies. Add little salt and water. Get it boil.
  2. Take a wok. Pour oil. Add ginger garlic saute it.
  3. Add chopped onions. Saute it till it gets pinkish.
  4. Add chopped green chilli.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes. Stir properly.
  6. Add pao bhaji masala red chilli powder and salt. Saute it. Cook for a minute.
  7. Add boiled veggies
  8. Mix it properly. Add water.
  9. Cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Add amchoor powder and lemon juice.
  11. Mix properly. Add more water if required.
  12. Add butter and sprinkle coriander leaves
  13. Serve with pao

To your surprise I have never had pau bhaaji but the recipe here seems very delicious. I will for sure try it when I read the content about the best CBD oil. I want to know about the best one as it is very beneficial from what I have read.
