Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 big red tomatoes
  2. 11/2 glass water
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a cooker put chopped tomatoes n water
  2. Add salt
  3. Close the lid of the cooker
  4. On the flame place the cooker on the flame till 3,4 whistles
  5. Off the gas
  6. Open the.lid
  7. Blend the tomatoes with the water till medium soup consistency
  8. Now sieve the mixture
  9. In another pan roast lightly the ground pepper.
  10. Add the tomato soup.in it
  11. Boil the soup for few minutes
  12. Serve piping hot topped with butter n toasted bread
