Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Beetroot 2 large sized
  2. Carrot 1
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper to taste
  5. Water 1 glass
  6. Mint leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut the beetroot & carrot into cubes.
  2. Now put them in a pressure cooker with water, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
  4. Then blend the mixture.
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf and serve it hot.
