Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500gms full cream milk
  2. Red food colour
  3. 1tbsp cornflour
  4. 2tbsp milk powder
  5. 6tbsp sugar
  6. 1 tsp CMC powder
  7. 1cup whipping cream
  8. 1 tbsp GMS powder
  9. 1tsp vanilla essence
  10. some cake piece

Instructions

  1. To milk, add milk powder corn flour, sugar CMC, GMS. Beat with balloon beater mixer.
  2. Now keep on medium flame stir regularly for 10min.
  3. When becomes thick switch off, cool and keep in the freezer in airtight container. cover with a clean wrap
