Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Switz Samosa Patti 10-12 nos
  2. 2 cups finely chopped veg(capsicum, carrots, cabbage)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/2 Tsp black pepper powder
  5. Chinese salt optional
  6. 1 cup Boiled & shredded chicken
  7. 2 tsp oil for cooking
  8. oil for deep fry
  9. For sticking patties:
  10. 1tsp flour and 2tsp water

Instructions

  1. In a pan add 2tsp oil and add veggies
  2. Add salt, black pepper powder, Chinese salt if you want
  3. Now cover it for 5 min
  4. Add shredded chicken mix it well
  5. Remove from gas.let it cool completely
  6. Make sticking batter
  7. In a bowl add flour, water. Cook for a min and let it cool
  8. Take one samosa Patti fills the mixture and close it.
  9. Deep fry in a hot oil fry till golden brown.
