Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Chicken mince 250 gm
  2. Ginger garlic Green chilli paste 1 tsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
  5. Onions chopped 2
  6. Garam masala ciba spices brand 1 tsp
  7. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  8. coriander powder 1 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  10. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  11. Oil 1 1/2 tbsp
  12. Green peas boiled 3/4 cup
  13. FOR THE SAMOSA DOUGH ; All purpose flour 2 1/2 cups
  14. Salt 1 tsp
  15. Oil 1 tbsp
  16. cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  17. Milk 3/4 cup


  1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan at first.
  2. Saute onions until done.
  3. Add all the spices including salt to it while sauteeing.
  4. Add chicken mince now and saute well.
  5. After the raw smell vanishes, add boiled green peas and chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Saute all on a medium high heat only. Keep mixing in between for even cooking.
  7. It will be done 15-18 minutes.
  8. Knead a smooth dough out of all the ingredients mentioned and keep it covered for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Divide the dough into equal sized balls and make samosas of size that is desirable to you.
  10. Deep fry in hot oil on medium high heat until golden and crisp.
  11. Serve these yummy samosas to your families and guests at iftaar.
