Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken keema 250 gms
  2. Oil 2-3 tbs
  3. Cumin seeds 1/2 tbs
  4. Onion 1 medium chopped
  5. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Whole spice powder ( garam masala) 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  8. Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  9. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbs
  10. All purpose flour 2/3 tea cup
  11. Water as required
  12. Oil for fry 300 gms


  1. In wok add oil cumin seeds,onion and mix until translucent
  2. Add chicken, black pepper powder,whole spice powder,red chilli powder,salt and mix well
  3. Add coriander mix well and let in cool
  4. In all purpose flour add water and mix well to make a smooth paste, set aside
  5. Take samosa sheet,make a pocket,add chicken stuffing in the center,Chicken stuffing and roll into the the shape of samosa and seal corners with all purpose flour & water mixture
  6. Similarly make other samosas ( yields 10/12 samosa) ,
  7. Follow the same process and make bite size samosa
  8. In wok, add oil and fry samosa until golden brown
  9. Ready mini chicken samosa
