Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup fresh whisked curd.
  2. 1/4 cup chopped capsicum (red, yellow and green)
  3. 1/4 cup chopped cucumber.
  4. 1/4 cup chopped onions.
  5. 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes.
  6. 2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder.
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
  8. Salt to taste.


  1. In a deep bowl add the whisked curd now add the veggies one by one.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add the spices and mix well.
  4. Serve it immediately or refrigerate it for some time before serving.
