ABOUT Tutti Fruity Ice Cream RECIPE

Tutti frutti ice cream is easy to make and a refreshing summer treat!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1 ltr.
  2. Corn flour 1sp
  3. Sugar1/2 cup or according to taste
  4. Milk cream 3/4 cup
  5. 2 tbsp tutti fruity
  6. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  7. Few drops of vanilla Essence

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl. On medium flame boil milk in the bowl till half reduce.
  2. Add sugar and add 1tsp corn flour. Mix it well.
  3. Mix few drops of vanilla essence and tutti fruity.
  4. Now let be completely cool down it, then add milk cream.
  5. Freeze it for 2 hrs again mix it with a spoon and freeze it until set.
