ABOUT Mango Ice-Cream RECIPE

This mango Ice-cream is so creamy rich and soft that it is like heaven in my mouth. Homemade Ice-cream is very tasty and safe from the store bought Ice-cream.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 11/2 bowl fresh cream
  2. 1/4 bowl nuts powder ( optional)
  3. Powder sugar as per taste
  4. 1 small bowl condensed milk
  5. 2 Alphonso mangoes (peeled and chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a mixer jar, add chopped mangoes, nuts powder, powder sugar, condensed milk and fresh cream.Blend all the ingredients well.
  2. Take the mixture in an ice-cream container and freeze it for 10 hours.
  3. After 10 hours, remove the ice-cream container. Take ice-cream in a serving bowl or glass.
  4. Mango ice-cream is ready!
