ABOUT JARDALOO SALLI MURGH RECIPE

Jardaloo Salli Murgh ( chicken with apricots and fried potatoes ) is a unique and delicious Parsi dish . Jardaloo = apricot , Salli = potato fries , Murgh = chicken is a beautiful example of such intermixing . Being from Persia, they were quite used to using dried fruits and nuts in their food , which they introduced to Indian Cuisine . I think it gives a nice twist to the everyday chicken curry
