Roasted corn in tomato gravy that can be served with some hot roti, chapathi or naan on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Corn 1 pc
  2. Tomato 2 pc
  3. Onion 1 pc
  4. Green chilly 2 to 3 pcs
  5. Adrak chopped 1 tea spoon
  6. Lasun chopped 1 spoon
  7. Coriander chopped 2 to 3 spoons
  8. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  9. Haldi 1 tea spoon
  10. salt as per taste
  11. Jeera 1 spoon
  12. Garam masala optional
  13. oil


  1. Apply oil on corn, tomato,onion and green chilly. Roast on gas one by one.
  2. Once done remove skin from tomato chop it, chop the onions and green chilly.
  3. Remove corn in bowl n keep aside.
  4. Take oil in pan. Add in jeera once done add in chopped lasun, green chilly, adrak and onion cook for few mins.
  5. Now add in chopped tomatoes and add in all the dry masals.
  6. Adjust your garvy as required. Add in corns and cover n cook for 5 to 10 mins.
  7. Remove in serving dish and serve with roti,naan,paratha or rice.
