Batashe is an easy and yummy recipe for small party or together. Here I am trying some different beetroot batashe for more healthy and taste

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Suji 1 cup
  2. Oil 1/4 cup
  3. Warm beetroot juice 1/2 cup
  4. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Oil for deep-frying


  1. Add oil baking powder in suji and mix well
  2. Add beetroot juice and make a soft sticky dough
  3. Rest the dough for 1 hour
  4. Knead again for 5 minutes and make a round 50 balls from this dough
  5. Heat oil in a pan roll batashe in cylinder kal shape using rolling pin and deep fry on Medium High flame
  6. Beetroot ke bataashe are ready now serve them with chopped boil potatoes and Masala water
  7. Beetroot batashe ready to serve
