ABOUT veg stuffed baked tomato RECIPE

This is a healthy baked stuffed tomatoes,where I have stuffed the tomatoes with fry pan tossed veggies

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Cauliflower -1/2,
  2. Cabbage- 1/2
  3. Carrot- 1
  4. peas -1bowl
  5. beans- 10
  6. paneer -200 grams
  7. onion-1 medium
  8. Coriander powder-1/2 teaspoon
  9. red chilli powder-as per taste
  10. Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
  11. kasoori methi- 1 tsp (crushed)
  12. Garlic-3 cloves
  13. medium sized tomatoes
  14. oil-1 tbsp
  15. lettuce- for garnishing

Instructions

  1. chop the vegetables in small pieces
  2. par boil the veggies and the toss in the frypan with 1/2 tbsp of oil
  3. now put 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped and crushed garlic, cook till golden brown
  4. Add finely chopped onions cook till becomes golden
  5. Add dry masalas and little water, cook till oil separates.
  6. now add crushed fenugreek leaves and toss
  7. Add the vegetables in it. and lastly paneer , salt. cover and cook for 5 minutes
  8. cut the caps of the tomatoes and fill the mixed vegetables
  9. now bake the filled tomatoes in oven or halogen whatever you want to
  10. if you want you can add cheese on top and bake
  11. now after this step , you can peel off the skin of the tomato and serve after garnishing as a snacks or main course
