Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Dry sole ( single bone) fish pieces - 1 cup
  2. Chopped potato - 1 cup
  3. Chopped onion - 1 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  5. Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  6. Ginger paste -1 tsp
  7. Chopped tomato - 1/2 cup
  8. Cinnamon - 1 no big stick
  9. Cardamom - 2 nos
  10. Clove - 4 nos
  11. Bay leaf - 1 nos
  12. Whole red chilly - 2 nos
  13. Red chilly powder - 2 tbsp
  14. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  15. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Clean the dry fish properly and keep aside
  2. Heat oil ,deep fry the potato and keep
  3. Add whole spices in same oil, add chopped garlic after spices splitter followed by onion . Cook till onions colour has changed.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, saute for 2 minutes, add tomato red chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  5. Add dry fish after tomato becomes smashy and cook until fish is soft.
  6. Add potato, salt and water, cook till potato is soft and gravy becomes thick.
  7. Serve with rice
