Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. spinach 3
  2. red gram 200 grams
  3. bengal gram 50 gms
  4. Coriander 1 bunch
  5. Curry leafs
  6. Ginger garlic paste 2 spoons
  7. Green chilli 5
  8. turmeric powder 1 spoon
  9. Red chilli powder 2 spoons
  10. dried red chilli 4
  11. oil 4 spoons
  12. Tomatoes 3
  13. tamarind 1 lemon size
  14. Jeera 1 spoon
  15. Mustard seeds 1 spoon
  16. Salt

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add red gram,Bengal gram wash it with water and keep aside
  2. chop the spinach finely and cut the tomatoes and keep it aside
  3. Now take a cooker add washed red gram,Bengal gram,green ,chilli ,ginger garlic paste,coriander,curry leafs,also add chopped spinach ,tomatoes in it
  4. Add 2 glasses of water in cooker containing these Ingrediants add turmeric
  5. close the lid of cooker and let it cook up to 3 whistles then turn it off and let it cool
  6. Now open the cooker add 2 spoons red chilli powder,tamarind then smash it nicely till tamarind mixes in it properly
  7. Take 4 spoons oil in a pan add jeera, mustard seeds,dried chilli ,turmeric 1 spoon add curry leafs then fry it
  8. Now these in to cooker containing spinach red gram dal that we made before add salt on you taste
  9. Let it cook for 5 minutes and its ready to serve
