This is a very unique kind of fish do pyaza.. Its mainly made with whitebait & green shallots. It gives very nice taste to dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whitebait fish(small fish)- 250 gm
  2. Green shallots- 3 bunches
  3. Salt- to taste
  4. Green chilly- 6 to 7
  5. Coriander leaves- 1/2 bunch
  6. Dill leaves- 1/2 bunch
  7. Garlic- 4 to 5 cloves
  8. Oil- 2 tbsp
  9. GARAM MASALA- 1/4 TSP
  10. Fried onions- for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Soak the fish in salty water. So it won't smell. (For 5 minutes)
  2. Take a jar. Add green shallots, coriander leaves, dill leaves and garlic. Grind it into a rough paste.
  3. Now wash the fish properly. Soak them. Take them out in a bowl. Add grinded paste, salt & garam masala. Mix it very well. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan. Add marinated fish. Cover the lid and cook till its done.
  5. As we are using small fish so it won't take much time to cook.
  6. Garnish it with some fried onions.. & Serve it with parantha.
