ABOUT Quick Onion rolls RECIPE

Its another version of the same old onion pakodas but in the form of delicious rolls.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Onion 5
  2. Maida (flour) 200gms
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil for moin
  5. Mangraila ajwain a pinch
  6. Green chillies acc to taste
  7. turmeric a pinch
  8. Ginger garlic 1tsp
  9. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions in small pieces.
  2. Take a bowl add maida, onions, turmeric powder, salt, mangraila ajwain, ginger garlic, green chillies, oil for moyam and mix them with few drops of water.
  3. Make small rolls with the mixture.
  4. Heat ample amount of oil in a kadhai, drop the rolls and deep fry them on a medium heat to low heat.
  5. After 3-5mins it will turn crispy and golden in colour then swtich off the flame and serve it hot with onion salad, green chutney or ketchup
