Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken- 500 gm (boneless)
  2. Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  3. Roasted chana dal- 1 tbsp
  4. Roasted dried coconut- 1 tbsp
  5. Salt- to taste
  6. Oil- 2 tbsp
  7. Red chilly powder- 1 tbsp
  8. Roasted cumin powder- 1 tsp
  9. Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
  10. Red color- 1/4 tsp
  11. Oil- for shallow fry


  1. Add all the ingredients in a jar. Grind it into a smooth fine paste.
  2. Now take some oil on a palm & using skewers make seekh kebab.
  3. Keep it in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.
  4. Heat some oil in a pan & shallow fry this kebabs until dark brown color.
  5. Serve it hot with ketchup.
