Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  2. Garlic 2 tbsp
  3. Ginger 1 tbsp
  4. Green chillies 8
  5. Mint leaves 1 cup
  6. Coriander leaves 1 cup
  7. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  8. 1 egg
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  11. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  12. Tandoori masala 1/2 tsp
  13. Onion 1 small
  14. Olive oil as required.


  1. In a food processor take half amount of chicken mince.
  2. Add all the ingredients exept corn flour and egg.
  3. And grind it.
  4. Then remove in a bowl add the other half of chicken mince and rest of the ingredients.
  5. With help of your hand mix it and blend together until well combined.
  6. Then take the mince and using your hands make cylindrical shape and keep aside.
  7. In pan put the seekh and drizzle some olive oil.
  8. And cook it completely.
  9. Serve with Paratha and mint chutney.
