Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg Keema ( beef/mutton / chicken)
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 3 green chillies
  4. 8 dried red chilli
  5. 1 tbsp cumin powder
  6. 1 tbs dhania powder
  7. 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tbsp whole garam Masala
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 cup chopped Coriander

Instructions

  1. Roast the cumin , coriander and garam Masala in a pan and then grind it to fine powder.
  2. Chop the onion and chillies and grind it to paste.
  3. In a bowl , add the minced meat of your choice.
  4. Now combine all the other ingredients and mix it well .
  5. Marinate the mixture for about 1 hour.
  6. Now shape the kabab into long shape .
  7. You can either BBQ or fry it in a pan.
  8. Garnish with onion rings, lemon. Serve hot with Green chutney.
