ABOUT Seekh Kabab RECIPE

This is a perfect party starter or appetizer that can be made for Ramadan and Eid as well.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 grams Soya chunks(soaked for 20 minutes)
  2. 2 onions
  3. 6 green chillies
  4. 1 big bowl Corriander leaves
  5. 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  7. 1 teaspoon jeera powder
  8. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  9. 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  10. 1 small bowl Poha(soaked5 min)
  11. 2 teaspoon sabudana(soaked for 10 minutes)
  12. 1 teaspoon garam masalla
  13. 150 grams refined oil

Instructions

  1. first of all wash and soak Soya Chunks for 20 minutes in water.
  2. After 20 minutes , throw water .
  3. Then put all above mentioned ingredients in mixer grinder and grind them in a thick paste.
  4. Then divide it in equal parts and take one part Pat it on your hands and put a Skewer in it, like this make all.
  5. Then take a pan put little oil in it and Shallow fry them from all sides.
  6. When proper texture and Aroma comes out then decorate them in a beautiful dish plate with onions, lemon slices and green Coriander chutney.
