Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. I bowl boil and minsed red meat
  2. 1/2 bowl soak chana daal
  3. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tbsp green chilli
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tbsp minsed whole garam masala
  7. Oil for fry


  1. Boil chana daal with little water .add ginger garlic in daal with whole garam masala .when daal is dry grind it keep aside.
  2. Boil red meat and minsed properly add daal and salt green chilli ginger garlic paste mix well.
  3. Take egg and beat keep aside.
  4. Make a shape of kababs adjust in skewers and dip in egg and deep fry it...
  5. Serve this kabab with curd garlic dip.
