Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 pack Mushroom
  2. 5 cloves Garlic
  3. Salt and Pepper to taste
  4. 2 cups Milk
  5. 2 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
  2. Keep some pieces of mushroom aside for garnishing.
  3. Add the butter to a pan and saute garlic in it.
  4. Now add the mushroom pieces and saute.
  5. Add water to it.
  6. Boil the mushroom mixture and add milk to it.
  7. Add salt and pepper to it and boil.
  8. Pour the mushroom soup in a bowl and garnish with the mushroom pieces.
  9. Serve hot.
