Instant Chocolate Cake (Microwave)

Ingredients to make Instant Chocolate Cake (Microwave)

  • Self Raising flour- 3 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Coffee Powder - 2 tsp
  • Condensed milk – 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil /Melted butter 2 tbsp
  • Milk – 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp
  • almond chopped (optional)
  • For ganache frosting:
  • Heavy Whipping cream 1/4 cup
  • Dark /semi sweet Chocolate chips 1/2 cup

How to make Instant Chocolate Cake (Microwave)

  1. Mix 2 tsp coffee powder in a 1 tbsp milk. Boil and make a coffee mixture, keep aside. Take a Microwave safe cup.
  2. Add oil /butter, condensed milk and mix properly then add flour, cocoa, coffee mix. Add milk and make a lump free mixture. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. For the Ganache: In a bowl heat cream for 1 minute. Keep an eye on cream as it warms fast or it may spill out. Add choco chips and give a good stir.
  4. Once the cake cools down turn on a serving plate or you can serve in a bowl or cup only.
  5. Pour ganache on top garnish with almond flakes & enjoy.
