Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup Water
  2. 1 cup Tomato puree
  3. 2 tablespoon Cheese powder or 1 cube Cheese
  4. 1 cup Besan
  5. 1/2 cup Rice flour
  6. Salt
  7. Red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except besan and rice flour.
  2. Now add besan and rice flour and mix properly till the batter is smooth and there are no lumps.
  3. Heat oil in a wok for frying.
  4. The batter should not be very thick nor too runny. It should have a ribbon like consistency.
  5. Pour the batter in sev making mold and deep fry it till golden brown. Voila! Your tomato cheezy sevs are ready.
