ABOUT Custard Paneer Kheer RECIPE

Milk is rich in calcium. Very important for our bones.This dessert is full of milk sourced ingredients. I think everyone will like this food.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk....1 litre
  2. Milkmaid....150 gram
  3. Vanilla custard powder....2 spoon
  4. Vanilla essence...1 spoon
  5. Saffron.....few(10)
  6. Almond ....20.
  7. Cashew......10
  8. Lime juice...2 spoon


  1. Heat 1/2 litre milk in a vessel.
  2. Add lime juice to the heated milk and mix well.
  3. Drain the mixture. Hold under running water using sieve. Paneer is ready.
  4. Heat another 1/2 litre milk in another vessel or kadai.
  5. Mix custard powder with little water and add it to heating milk. Stir it nicely.
  6. Add paneer crumbs to the heating milk.
  7. Add milkmaid and mix well.
  8. Add saffron and vanilla essence to it and off the flame.
  9. Finally add chopped dryfruits into kheer.
  10. Custard paneer kheer ready.
