Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 2 kg.milk
  2. 4 bowl sugar
  3. 2 tbsp custard powder
  4. 2 small elaichi
  5. 1 sheet silver warak
  6. 1 bowl greated dryfuits kaju badam kishmish
  7. 1/2 bowl soaked rice


  1. Boil milk add rice let them boil till rice cook well.
  2. Milk is boiled n rice is half cooked let cooked in slow flame for 30 mn.
  3. When it's cook add custard powder. Elaichi and sugar.let them cook again for half hr.
  4. Now add greated dry fruits.
  5. Your custard kheer is ready to eat.decorate with silver warak...
