ABOUT Navratan Milk And Veggie Korma RECIPE

Its a unique gravy with milk and cauliflower. No need to add kaju paste or any cream. Milk and cauliflower paste gives the gravy a creamy texture. So guys enjoy this amazing taste korma.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer - 100 grams
  2. Seasonal veggies (I used cauliflower, peas, potato, carrot and french beans) - 1 cup
  3. For gravy
  4. Milk - 4 cup
  5. Cauliflower flowers - 1 cup
  6. Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
  7. Onions - 4
  8. Green chillie - 4
  9. Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
  10. Kitchen king masala - 2 teaspoon
  11. Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  12. Dagi Mirch Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  14. Kasuri methi - 2 teaspoon
  15. Salt - according to taste
  16. Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
  17. Kaju, grated paneer and cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. First cut potato, carrot in cubes, cut french beans finely. Separate the flower of cauliflower, mix pea balls with the vegetables, wash properly and boil a little with salt. After boiling strain the vegetables.
  2. Take 1 cup cauliflower flowers wash properly and boil with 1 cup milk, chopped onion and green chilies. When ​all milk reduce and​cauliflower become soft remove from fire.
  3. Grind this mixture in grinder.
  4. Make a fine paste.
  5. Now put oil in a pan, crackle cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic paste and saute. Add onion and cauliflower paste and saute.
  6. Saute this paste until paste leaves edges and oil.
  7. When mixture begins to leave edges of pan add all masala and mix well.
  8. Now add all milk. Add kasuri methi, sugar and salt. Make a smooth gravy. Stir regularly.
  9. After that add boiled vegetables and paneer. Cut into cubes.
  10. Cook for some time, transfer in a serving dish, garnish with cherries, small paneer cubes, kaju and grated paneer.
