Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Ingredients for carrot ladoo:
  2. Carrot 1 kilogram
  3. Milk 1 kilogram
  4. Khoya 1spoon
  5. Raisins 1 spoon
  6. Sugar 1/2 cup or as per taste
  7. Ghee 1spoon
  8. Ingredients for papaya halwa:
  9. Papaya puree 1 bowl
  10. Sugar 2 spoon or as per taste
  11. Milk 1¹/² glass
  12. Khoya 1 spoon
  13. Ghee 1 spoon
  14. Raisins 1 spoon
  15. Coconut 1 katori for rolling


  1. Method for carrot halwa.. First of all remove the skin of carrot and then grate it.
  2. Then boil all carrot.
  3. Then take a wok and put milk and carrot in it.
  4. Boil it till the carrot absorbs all the milk.
  5. Add sugar in it.
  6. When sugar gets melted add khoya, ghee and raisins in it.
  7. Cook it for 10 minutes and the carrot halwa is ready.
  8. Method for papaya halwa: Put papaya puree into the wok. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  9. Then add milk in it.
  10. When it become dry, add khoya, ghee, sugar and raisins in it.
  11. Cook it for 7 minutes till its done.
  12. Keep both halwas into the freezer for 1 hour. Then put both halwa into the bowl and mix it .
  13. Then make a small ladoo and roll it into coconut powder.
  14. Papaya ladoo is ready to eat.
  15. Serve cool.
