Ladoo is one of the famous sweets in India. Be it any festival,auspicious occasion or marriage ladoo is the must. Ladoo is basically made from variety flours like chick pea, semolina, wheat flour with lot of ghee and sugar. They have soft and have crumbly texture and just melt in mouth. They are best eaten when the weather is slightly cold. Ladoos are thoroughly enjoyed by both kids and elders. Making ladoos is always considered as a tedious job but its very easy to make them and requires very less ingredients. In order to make them healthy you can add in dry fruits too.
