Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot 250 g
  2. Sugar 100g
  3. Ghee 2 Tbsp
  4. Condensed milk or mawa 3tbsp
  5. Nuts
  6. Essence or cardamom powder.

Instructions

  1. Grate carrots. Take a pan with ghee,add grated carrots,fry for a few seconds.
  2. Add sugar condensed milk or mawa and a pinch of salt. Stir well for about 10 min. Remove from heat. Add cardamom powder or essence.
  3. Add crushed nuts. Let it cool. Then make ladoos.
