Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Daliya/broken wheat soak 2 tablespoon
  2. Milk 1/2 litre
  3. Sugar 3 tablespoon
  4. Saffron a pinch (optional)
  5. Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Pistachios blanched 10 pieces
  7. Almonds blanched 4-5
  8. Kewda essence 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Method:
  2. Drain and grind broken wheat and make a thick paste.
  3. Boil the milk.
  4. Add broken wheat paste in milk.
  5. Cook till broken wheat is completely cooked on a low flame. Stir constantly.
  6. Add saffron(soaked in warm milk) and mix well (optional).
  7. Add sugar and cardamom powder and cook till sugar is completely dissolved.
  8. Add kewda essance.
  9. Pour into bowl and garnish with pistachios and almonds.
  10. Chill it in a refrigerator for an hour before serving.
