Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled corn 2 cup
  2. Boiled potato big 3
  3. Chopped onion 1
  4. Chopped capcicum 1
  5. Chopped green chilli
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Mint leaves
  8. Crushed ginger
  9. Rice flour 1 Ts
  10. Gram flour 1 Ts
  11. Bread crumbs 4 Ts
  12. Lemon juice 1 Ts
  13. Salt, black pepper powder, chat masala powder, garam masala powder, mix hub ac to ur taste
  14. Oil for shallow fry or deep fry

Instructions

  1. Take two cup of boiled sweet corns, from which water is strained completely.
  2. Just keep 1-2 tbs corns for later use, and put the remaining corns into a blender and blend them for a few seconds without using water, just to coarsely crush the corns. Don't make it very pasty.
  3. Put the crushed corns into a large bowl, now mix the boiled and grated potatoes along with the onions, Capsicum, ginger, green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves.
  4. Add salt, black pepper powder, chat masala powder, garam masala powder, mix hub and lemon juice into the mixture.
  5. Next goes the remaining boiled sweet corns, which was kept aside.
  6. Put very little rice flour and the gram flour along with bread crumbs.
  7. Now mix everything well with your hand, until it all comes together to form a fine smooth doe like consistency.
  8. The mixture should be relatively dry. So if u find it to be too sticky, you can add some more rice flour or bread crumbs into the mixture.
  9. Now take a small portion of the mixture with the help of ur greased hands, and make the lollipops using ice cream sticks or screwers . these will be very lucrative for kids.
  10. Now put some oil in a frying pan, once the oil is hot, then put the lollipops into the hot oil, shallow fry them about 4 to 5 mins in one side then turn it another side and again fry 4 to 5 mins or until they turn golden brown and crispy all over.
  11. Now take the lollipops from pan and place them on a kitchen towel. The crispy and golden brown corn lollipops are ready.
  12. Serve these hot crispy lollipops along with some dip.
  13. You can simply bake or grill them as well.
