Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 big ripe hard mango
  2. 1 spoon gulkand
  3. 1 spoon supari sauf mix
  4. 4 cloves
  5. 50 gm milk chocolate

Instructions

  1. First peel mango and make thin slices of it.
  2. Now mix gulkand with sauf supari.
  3. now place mango piece on a flat surface and stuff gulkand mixture in it.
  4. now roll it and place a clove to tie it.
  5. Make all roll like this.
  6. now keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
  7. after that melt chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds.
  8. now take out roll from fridge.
  9. dip the roll in chocolate and keep in fridge.
  10. sprinkle some coloured balls.
  11. serve chilled.
