Take a kadhai and put 1/2 tbsp ghee in it
Heat it and add almond and roast it on medium flame till light brown
Take it out in a bowl
Now add 100 ml water in the kadhai and add sugar into it and heat it till the sugar dissolves
Now take bowl and add cornflour,mango pulp and 100 ml water and mix it well
Add this mixture into the ready sugar syrup and mix it regularly on medium flame
Add the left ghee also in it and mix it regularly
When mixture is becoming dry add lemon juice and orange food colour
Add half portion of roasted almond
When the mixture becomes dry well off the flame
Grease a plate with ghee and spread the halwa mixture into it
Spread the left half portion of roasted almond and cardamom powder and left it to be cool
On cooling cut it serve it.
