Easy Egg Roast

Ingredients to make Easy Egg Roast

  • 4 Boiled eggs - peeled and cut into halves
  • 3/4 cup of sliced onions
  • 1 tsp of grated ginger
  • 1 strand of curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp of garam masala
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp of cooking oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Easy Egg Roast

  1. Take a pan, heat the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced onion, ginger, curry leaves and salt. Stir and cook until the onions become tender.
  2. Now add the turmeric powder and pour in the milk. Stir it well so that the ingredients get evenly distributed.
  3. Then add the garam masala and drop in the boiled eggs, once the milk mixture starts boiling, lower the heat. Carefully give it a mix, so that the eggs get coated with the gravy. (The gravy would be just enough to coat the eggs.)
  4. Serve it warm with rice/chapati.

My Tip:

Do not overdo the milk, else it would take time to dry up and overcooking the eggs would turn this curry mushy.
