ABOUT Mango cupcakes RECIPE

This is a very healthy version of the cupcakes made with mangoes and daliya.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dhaliya 1 cup
  2. Mango puree 1cup
  3. Sugar to taste..
  4. Coco powder 1tsp
  5. Suji [semolina] 1cup
  6. Baking powder 1tsp
  7. Milk 1/2 liter
  8. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  9. Whipped cream 2 tbsp
  10. Mango puree 1 tbsp (will be added to the whipped cream)

Instructions

  1. Cook the daliya along with milk in a saucepan. When it becomes thick, add the sugar to it, let the sugar get melted completely.
  2. Then let it get cold enough and then rest of the ingredients to it.
  3. pour this batter into the cupcake moulds lines with cupcake liner.
  4. Bake these in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 20 minutes.
  5. Then in whipped cream, add mango puree and chill it in the fridge. Then decorate cup cakes with mango cream and chocochips.
