Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pointed gourd or parval 250 gm
  2. Potatoes diced 2 medium
  3. Turmeric 1 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Tomatoes chopped 2
  6. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  7. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  8. chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Ghee 1 tsp
  10. Oil 4 tbsp
  11. Cumim seed 1 tsp
  12. Dried red chilli,2


  1. Peel the parval and cut into,2
  2. In a bowl add cut parval add turmeric and salt
  3. Fry diced potatoes and the parval separately. Keep aside
  4. Add tomatoes, chilli ginger paste, salt turmeric and cumin and coriander powder, fry well,
  5. Add 3 tbsp water and mix well the masala
  6. Add the fried patval and potatoes, coat well with masala
  7. Add 1 cup water mix well and cook till done serve hot got
