Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sweet corn 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 tsp
  3. Salt as per taste.
  4. Besan .1/2 cup.
  5. Red chilli powder 1 /2 tsp
  6. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  7. Chopped coriander leaves hand full
  8. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  9. Oil for frying.
  10. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Take sweet corn in a bowl.
  2. Add besan.
  3. Add all dry ingredients.
  4. Add chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice.
  6. Add 1 sp of water and make thick batter.
  7. Fry them in small size in hot oil.
  8. Corn bhajias are ready to eat.
