Ingredients to make Kathi roll

  • 4 wheat flour chapaties
  • 1 medium size capsicum
  • Boiled potato optional
  • 2 medium size tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp garammasala
  • 1/2 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 2tbsp gingergarlic paste
  • 1 cup paneer crumbled
  • Two tbsp tomato puree
  • Cheese optional
  • Two tbsp oil
  • For stuffing....
  • onion cut in slices
  • Chaat masala
  • Chutney.....
  • Two tbsp green chutney and two tbsp curd

How to make Kathi roll

  1. In pan heat oil.Add chopped Onion and saute for few seconds
  2. Add chopped tomato, Ginger garlic paste, Capsicum, Paneer and tomato puree. mix well
  3. Now add whole ingredients mentioned above and mix well
  4. Now stuffing mixture is ready
  5. Take chapati and spread mixture of chutney and curd
  6. Than place ready stuffing mixture
  7. Now put slices of onion on mixture and chaat masala
  8. Roll the roti and serve with sauce
  9. Enjoy ...

My Tip:

You can use any leftover sabji also for stuffing
